We supply our exclusive premium handmade-to-order products and ship them directly from our production facilities to you.

Our products are custom printed, cut, sewn and handmade-to-order just for you!

All of our products are custom handmade-to-order to the highest quality standards using premium materials that offer unmatched comfort, quality, durability, vibrancy, so you can rock a look to die for!

Our products are custom printed, cut, sewn and handmade-to-order just for you.

We also use 100% Recycled packaging.

OUR GUARANTEE

All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we offer a 100% Print Guarantee coverage on any damaged or defective item. 

Your item is custom handmade-to-order for you and we do not accept returns unless your item is damaged or defective and qualifies for our Print Guarantee.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the affected item as per the conditions and process detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

If the package is damaged in shipping/transit, please provide feedback by email within 2 days of confirmed delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Dinners Club cards as well as express checkout with Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Our prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD $).

We ship to the USA and Canada.

You can choose to convert to another currency (from USD $ to CAD $) at the bottom of the site.

Since your item is custom handmade-to-order just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page.

Simply select your size from the button menu on the product page then click the “Add To Bag” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll send you a confirmation email that we have received your order.

We’ll then process, handmake, package and ship your order and let you know by email when it's on its way! 

PO Boxes are not available for shipping.  Please use a physical street address when entering the shipping address in the Checkout page so that your order/package can be delivered to you.

We only use Premium Shipping for our products, please enter your phone number in the checkout page so that the carrier can contact you with shipping/delivery updates if needed.

We will first send you an Order Confirmation email that will display a "View your order" button that you can click to view your order status.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a "View your order" button that you can click and will display a clickable tracking number that will update you on your order shipping and delivery status.  We only use Premium shipping methods with real-time destination tracking.

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive by email a tracking number while your order is handmade, packaged and shipped from our facility.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within a 5-7 business days time frame, contact our help support team with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist!  Double check your spam folder and other email accounts first. 

Since we only use Premium shipping methods, you will also receive shipment email notifications from the shipping carrier updating you in real time on the shipping and delivery status of your parcel.  You can manage delivery options so your parcel is received without delay by visiting the carrier website.

Keep in mind it may take 24-48 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system. 

Delivery time estimates are usually 7-14 days.

Shipping & delivery times may take longer than the estimates we display in the product pages depending on the shipping destination country and the peak seasons.

Once you place an order, we immediately start processing and production.  Therefore, once your order is placed, it is too late for any cancellation or modification.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

Edge Out Thunder offers products that are custom handmade-to-order just for you, and it will take us 3-5 business days to craft and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

We only use Premium shipping methods with real-time destination tracking so that your item can be quickly and safely delivered to you.

We ship to the USA and Canada.

Delivery time estimates are usually 7-14 days.

Shipping & delivery times may take longer than the estimates we display in the product pages depending on the shipping destination country and the peak seasons.

We love to see you happy!  That's why we offer FREE Premium Shipping on orders over $95. Smile, we've got you covered! 

We apply a flat $5 Premium shipping fee on orders up to $95.

We only use Premium shipping methods with real-time destination tracking on all of our exclusive custom handmade products so that your item can be quickly and safely delivered to you.

This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect/incomplete information and shipping address on their order and/or missed parcel deliveries.  Make sure before submitting an order all information is accurate and complete. 

PO Boxes are not available for shipping/delivery and will be considered as an incorrect address.  Enter a physical street address as a shipping address in the Checkout page when first ordering.  Please enter your phone number in the Checkout page so that the carrier can contact you with shipping/delivery updates if needed.

We only use Premium Shipping methods with real time destination tracking.  Shipping time estimates are usually 7-14 days. 

For orders with complete and accurate information and correct shipping address, the following applies:

  • If you have not received your package within 12 days of the shipping date or you believe it has been lost, notify us to investigate within 12 days of the shipping date by email or contact our customer support through our Contact us page with your order number.
  • If your package has not been received, Carriers will determine the package as "Undeliverable" or "Lost in Transit".
  • If the Carrier lost the package in transit, we will file a claim with the Carrier and provide you with a full-refund.  EdgeOutThunder.com will not be able to refund orders if you have not inquired with us about a lost or undelivered package within 12 days of the shipping date, and we reserve the right for an investigation period.

The following exceptions apply:

  • If a tracking number shows as delivered and the customer claims they never received the package: the items were successfully delivered to the address the customer provided.  No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as successfully delivered.  EdgeOutThunder.com is not liable for incomplete/incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers.  We are not able to file claims on package marked as delivered by the Carrier.  If your order is marked as delivered by the Carrier, and you do not have the package, please reach out to the Carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Delivery times include observed holidays or unexpected carrier delays.
  • Errors caused by the customer's incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping address, EdgeOutThunder.com will not be able to refund orders. Packages are never guaranteed to be rerouted to us and may be disposed by the Carrier which EdgeOutThunder.com is not at fault for.

Please refer to your destination country Custom Border Protection for exact regulations regarding your country's custom clearance process and charges.

Import/Custom duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

In the event that a customer orders an item that is prohibited, restricted or not allowed across their destination country border or refuses to pay taxes, duties or charges owed upon the order’s arrival into the destination country, Edge Out Thunder will not reship or refund the order.

RETURN AND REFUND

At Edge Out Thunder, we offer custom handmade-to-order items.  Since your order is custom made-to-order just for you, we cannot exchange or refund your product if you ordered the wrong size or color. To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate Size guides on each of our product pages for customer reference.

Please contact us by email immediately and within 7 days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and provide us with your order number, a clear description of the damage/defect, and a clear photo(s) showing the defective or damaged area of the item.

Contact us by email and we will investigate the claim. 

Make sure that:

  • The product was received in the last 7 days and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the damaged or defective product
  • The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
  • The product itself or the printing is defective

Package damaged in shipping: If the package is damaged in shipping/transit, please provide feedback by email within 2 days of confirmed delivery.  To file a claim, please provide a video of unpacking the shipment and photos - including shipping label of package and clear images of all damaged products. These are all required in order to process claim. If not provided, a claim will not be processed.
